Refund & Guarantee Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases of our digital education products and related services ("Products"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.

1) All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Products are final and non-refundable. There is no cooling-off period, money-back window, or cancellation right once your purchase is complete.

Certain Products may include a performance-based guarantee (such as the Ship-or-Stay Guarantee described in Section 2 below) where explicitly stated on the Product's sales page. Such guarantees provide continued access and support under specified conditions — they do not provide refunds.

2) Ship-or-Stay Guarantee

The following guarantee applies to the AI Architect Program and any other Product where explicitly stated on the sales page.

The Cohort App

The guarantee covers one specific application — the app scoped during the participant's live cohort (Weeks 1–4) and confirmed in their 1-on-1 onboarding call (the "Cohort App"). Minor scope adjustments during the program are permitted; however, pivoting to a fundamentally different application may end guarantee eligibility at SUNSTORY's discretion.

Eligibility Conditions

All of the following must be met:

  1. 100 % attendance of all scheduled live cohort calls (Weeks 1–4).
  2. At least 80 % attendance of scheduled weekly group calls during the ongoing support period (Months 2–5).
  3. Ask at least one question in every call you attend.
  4. Actively implement the curriculum on your Cohort App — apply the architect, build, launch process as directed by the program.

What the Guarantee Provides

If you meet all eligibility conditions and have not shipped your Cohort App by the end of the standard program term (5 months), you retain access to the weekly group calls and the program community indefinitely — for as long as you continue to meet conditions 2, 3, and 4 above.

What the Guarantee Does Not Provide

The Ship-or-Stay Guarantee is not a money-back guarantee, a refund, or a guarantee of any business outcome, revenue, or result. It is solely a continuation of access and support.

Determination

SUNSTORY determines in its reasonable discretion whether the eligibility conditions have been met. Attendance, participation, and progress are tracked through the program platform.

Changes to curriculum, schedule, or features do not affect the guarantee terms or create any additional obligations beyond what is stated in this section.

3) Payment Plans & Access

Payment plans are a purchase obligation. Missed or reversed installments may result in suspension of access; the outstanding balance remains due per the Terms.

4) Chargebacks & Billing Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before:

  1. Contacting team@robinebers.com, and
  2. Allowing us 14 days to investigate and resolve.

Filing a chargeback before completing this process is a breach of this Policy and our Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all access. We vigorously dispute friendly-fraud chargebacks and will provide detailed evidence to the payment processor, which may include (non-exhaustive):

If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you agree to reimburse reasonable dispute fees and associated costs as permitted by law.

5) Abuse & Exceptions

We may deny Ship-or-Stay Guarantee eligibility or suspend access for: policy gaming, chargeback threats, ToS violations, fraud/scraping, or misuse of access. Statutory rights (if any) remain unaffected where required by law.
