These terms cover AI Content for Online Coaches, the free newsletter at robinebers.com, operated by Robin Ebers and Sunstory LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Newsletter

AI Content for Online Coaches is a free email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. By subscribing you confirm you want to receive these emails.

Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, try to break security, or use it for anything illegal. Don't upload harmful content or content you don't have the right to share.

Content

Newsletter content, templates, prompts, and other content we publish are licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them.

Payments and Refunds

The newsletter is free. If you purchased access to a paid program, the refund and billing terms agreed at checkout apply alongside these terms.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other members.

Disclaimer

The service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business or financial results.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. Our free newsletter is now called AI Content for Online Coaches(previously AI for Small Business, and before that AI Architects' Lab); references in these terms use the current name.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim locally.
