Acceptance
These terms cover both products operated by Robin Ebers and Sunstory LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States: AI Builder's Lab (the free newsletter at robinebers.com) and the AI Architect Program (the paid members platform at architect.robinebers.com). By subscribing to the newsletter or creating an account on the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Newsletter
AI Builder's Lab is a free email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. By subscribing you confirm you want to receive these emails.
Account
For the AI Architect Program, keep your sign-in credentials safe. One person per account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
Don't abuse the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, try to break security, or use it for anything illegal. Don't upload harmful content or content you don't have the right to share.
Content
Newsletter content, program materials (videos, lessons, templates, prompts, and other resources), and other content we publish are licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them. Anything you create inside the platform remains yours; you grant us the limited permission needed to host and show it back to you.
Payments and Refunds
The newsletter is free. If you purchased access to a paid program, the refund and billing terms agreed at checkout apply alongside these terms.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other members.
Disclaimer
The service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business or financial results.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim locally.
