• AI Builder's Lab — the free newsletter and content at robinebers.com.
• AI Architect Program — the paid members platform at architect.robinebers.com.

What We Collect

AI Builder's Lab: when you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name and email address, plus basic delivery and engagement data (such as opens and clicks) from our email provider.

AI Architect Program: when you sign in to the members platform, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from your authentication provider (WorkOS, including Google sign-in). We also store account preferences, your progress through the program, and content you create inside the platform.

For both products, we collect basic usage and device information needed to operate and improve the service.

How We Use It

We use this data to deliver the newsletter and content you signed up for, authenticate program members, give access to the members platform, save your progress, provide support, and improve our products. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Google User Data

If you sign in with Google, we use the information Google shares (name, email, profile picture) only to create and maintain your member account. We do not share this data with third parties, except for trusted subprocessors required to run the service (for example, WorkOS for authentication, Convex for the database, Vercel for hosting, and similar infrastructure providers).

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep the site working and to keep program members signed in, plus basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Subprocessors

We share data only with trusted subprocessors required to run our products — for example, our email service for the newsletter, WorkOS for authentication, Convex for the database, Vercel for hosting, and similar infrastructure providers.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account or subscription is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing team@robinebers.com. Some records may be retained briefly afterwards where required by law or for security and fraud prevention.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, GDPR).

Children

The site and platform are not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply.
